What is Support at Home?

Support at Home is Australia's in-home aged care program for eligible seniors. It replaced the Home Care Packages program on 1 November 2025 and groups services into clinical care, independence support and everyday living support.

Eligibility, funding and client contributions depend on the person's assessment and approved support plan.
